Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 14, 2026

1. Advisory Memberships

You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. After you cancel:

• you will not be billed again;
• you keep full access to your membership through the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
• your access ends when that period ends.

To cancel, email contact@numbersaresexy.com from the email address on your account. Cancellations are confirmed by reply within 2 business days, effective as of the date you sent the request.

2. Consulting and Diagnostic Engagements

Fixed-scope engagements are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, including any terms for ending the engagement early. Where a signed agreement addresses termination, that agreement controls.
